Lindsay Lohan need yoga and meditation to succesfully come out of her drug addition habit. Past several years saw Lohan was pleaded guilty on many occasions for the use of cocaine and driving under alcohol influence and was sentenced to short imprisonment and community service.

She was also ordered to attend an alcohol education program. Lohan herself released a statement in which she said "it is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs".

For de-addiction, the role of counselling is good to begin with. Counselling helps in giving intellectual understanding and motivate the person to try to stay clean after the programme.

However counselling rehab program alone are not good enough and the biggest proof is that these program are not able to help Lindsay over the years.

Counselling rehab program have limitation as they only help at the surface level of the mind and when the person start abstaining from taking drugs, he or she feels uncomfortable because unpleasant feelings start coming from deep inside the mind to the surface and the mind begins to react to them by taking drugs or alcohol again.

Permanent solution involves the treatment at the deepest level of the mind and that can only be achieved with the help of right Yoga and Meditation technique. Right meditation technique can help to eradicate the sources of compulsive behaviour.

Lindsay Lohan can lose her desire for drug use if she felt more fulfilled with her life spiritually. The reason most people use drugs is because they are not satisfied with their life and are trying to fill an emptiness with excitement and thrills. Right meditation technique can help Lindsay Lohan to experince this satisfaction within and lose her drugs and alcohol desire.
